These are photos of pussy willow branches.
A children's author, Aileen Fisher, has written a very cute poem about pussy willows but unfortunately I don't have permission to publish it.... It seems it'd be complicated to get permission...?
Ms. Fisher lived in the USA from 1906-2002.
